You don't need them! Creating an account is simple and instant:
1. Create a unique ID and Password to set up your account.
2. Set up a personal PIN. This PIN will serve as your quick-access
key every time you re-enter the app.
What happens if I forget my Pin?
It depends on whether you added a recovery email during setup:
If you registered a recovery email: You can reset your PIN.
However, please note that resetting your PIN will permanently
wipe all your old messages and encryption keys for security
purposes. Only your account details, contacts, and friends list
will remain.
If you did NOT register an email: Your PIN is completely unrecoverable.
A lost PIN means your account is permanently inaccessible, and you
will need to use the "Reset this device" button to create a brand
new account.
What happens if I lose my device?
If you lose access to your device, you may be unable to log in from another device unless an additional trusted device has been registered in advance.
Can the operator read my messages?
No, our messaging service uses end-to-end encryption, so only you and the recipient can read your messages.
