Data Collection Philosophy

Message Content: All messages are encrypted via our 6-layer architecture (AES-GCM and NaCl) before leaving your device. We hold no decryption keys.

Personal Identifiers: We do not require or store your real name, phone number, or contact list for the basic operation of the service.

Third-Party Tracking: This website and our services do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixels, or external trackers. All assets, including fonts, are self-hosted to prevent metadata leakage.

Information We Process

To maintain service functionality and security, we only process minimal technical metadata:

Authentication Data: Encrypted credentials required for account login and the management of N-Account Isolation.

Connection Logs: Temporary, non-identifying logs used solely for troubleshooting and preventing Denial-of-Service (DoS) attacks. These are automatically purged.

Data Sovereignty and Compliance

Self-Hosted Infrastructure: Our servers are managed internally to prevent unauthorized data access by third-party cloud providers.

Regulatory Compliance: As a registered entity in the Philippines, we comply with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

No Data Monetization: We do not sell, rent, or trade any user metadata to third parties, advertisers, or researchers.

Your Rights

Users have the right to access the technical documentation of our security model and request the permanent deletion of their account and all associated encrypted data.
